Standard Aluminium Tray Sign (Non-illuminated)

Personal favorite for SignsDisplay, the aluminium tray system we feel is the best form of sign for most shop and factory locations, not only are the signs strong and robust but stylish and easy to maintain. Stand off letters can be added to create additional interest and depth to the design whilst LED lighting can be fixed above to provide a wash of light over the face of the sign. Powder coated base colour.

Our non-illuminated trays are supplied with either cut vinyl decals or full colour prints to the face and with 50mm returns as standard, however can be fabricated with additional depth returns if required. Each are supplied complete with 40/40mm fixing angle as required.

We would recommend these are surveyed and/or discussed in full before production commences with our sales team, full set of proofs will be provided for your approval before trays are manufactured. Fret Cut Aluminium Tray Sign (LED-illuminated)

Using the aluminium tray system we fret cut the face tray and then back the inside of face tray with panel of opal acrylic (which can have translucent vinyl applied to add colours accordingly to the design shape) Supplied with full aluminium back tray to suit complete with internal LED illumination the acrylic allows light to pass through where as the aluminium does not so just the parts fret-cut light up.

Our illuminated trays are provided with base colour to face tray and have a minimum of 100mm returns to allow LED lighting wash. However we can also fabricate with additional depth returns if required.

Using the aluminium tray system we fret cut the face tray and then back the inside of face tray with panel of opal acrylic which in turn has coloured letters bonded to it smaller than the size cut from face tray this creating an edge of light around each letter. Supplied with full aluminium back tray to suit complete with internal LED illumination

Using the aluminium tray system we fret cut the face tray and then in-lay each hollow of the tray with 8mm opal acrylic which protrudes forward from the depth of sign tray before then we face each letter with an additional 3mm acrylic to provide individual colour to each letter this creating the opportunity for light to flood from return of each letter and the crisp quality finish to any sign. Supplied with full aluminium back tray to suit complete with internal LED illumination, this system is our most popular with the sign buyer looking for an element of class.
