Using the aluminium tray system we fret cut the face tray and then back the inside of face tray with panel of opal acrylic (which can have translucent vinyl applied to add colours accordingly to the design shape) Supplied with full aluminium back tray to suit complete with internal LED illumination the acrylic allows light to pass through where as the aluminium does not so just the parts fret-cut light up.

Our illuminated trays are provided with base colour to face tray and have a minimum of 100mm returns to allow LED lighting wash. However we can also fabricate with additional depth returns if required.

We would recommend these are surveyed and/or discussed in full before production commences with our sales team, full set of proofs will be provided for your approval before trays are manufactured. Feel free to send us a photograph of your intended sign location and will check / super-impose on proof.
