Using the aluminium tray system we fret cut the face tray and then back the inside of face tray with panel of opal acrylic which in turn has coloured letters bonded to it smaller than the size cut from face tray this creating an edge of light around each letter. Supplied with full aluminium back tray to suit complete with internal LED illumination

Our illuminated trays are provided with base colour to face tray and have a minimum of 100mm returns to allow LED lighting wash. However we can also fabricate with additional depth returns if required.

We would recommend these are surveyed and/or discussed in full before production commences with our sales team, full set of proofs will be provided for your approval before trays are manufactured. Feel free to send us a photograph of your intended sign location and will check / super-impose on proof.
