Using the aluminium tray system we fret cut the face tray and then in-lay each hollow of the tray with 8mm opal acrylic which protrudes forward from the depth of sign tray before then we face each letter with an additional 3mm acrylic to provide individual colour to each letter this creating the opportunity for light to flood from return of each letter and the crisp quality finish to any sign. Supplied with full aluminium back tray to suit complete with internal LED illumination, this system is our most popular with the sign buyer looking for an element of class.

Our illuminated trays are provided with base colour to face tray and have a minimum of 100mm returns to allow LED lighting wash. However we can also fabricate with additional depth returns if required.

We would recommend these are surveyed and/or discussed in full before production commences with our sales team, full set of proofs will be provided for your approval before trays are manufactured.
